THE CUSTOMER - The person ordering the goods from the Company. All orders are made under these terms and conditions alone.
STATUTORY RIGHTS - Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the statutory rights of the Customer.
DELIVERY - All goods quoted for delivery shall be delivered to the Customer. The cost of goods delivered will be charged to The Customer as defined in the details of delivery charges in The Company's current prices listed on the web site.
PRICES - Prices quoted are those ruling as specified on our website https://www.rozwoodshedcreations.co.uk
PAYMENT - Payment can be made by credit card (Mastercard/Visa/Switch/Maestro/American Express/Solo), via PayPal Only. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a payment via PayPal. Select PayPal Guest Checkout and complete details as required.
Returns
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our web-site Rozwoodshedcreations.co.uk, but if you wish to return an item to us it must be returned within 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the product(s), be in its original packaging and be in a saleable condition when received by us.
You should make clear whether you want a replacement, an exchange or a refund, and tell us the reason for the return. We will initiate the replacement, exchange or refund only after we have received and verified the returned item. Unless we accept that the product was faulty or we supplied the wrong item, we will not refund the charge made for delivery to you and you are required to pay the full cost of returning the product to us. We will not refund the cost of return delivery unless we accept that the product was faulty, or we supplied the wrong item.
Where we accept that the product was faulty, we will refund the price of the item, the charge made for delivery to the purchaser and the cost of returning the goods to us up to a maximum of the charge made for delivery to the purchaser. Claims for the cost of return of goods will not be accepted unless they are quantified (within the maximum limit mentioned above) and notified to us at the time of returning the goods. Refunds will be made to the same credit card that was used for the transaction.
To minimise any delay in dealing with your returned item(s) please:-
Complete the "Returns Form" in the Customer Service section and submit to alan@rozwoodshedcreations.co.uk
· wrap the item securely for transit, using the original packaging.
· enclose our despatch note
· ensure we receive it within 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the product(s)
CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000
The Regulations provide customers with a right to cancel an order and state that cancellation of an order must be in writing within 14 working days. The customer is under a duty to restore the goods to the supplier and in the meantime take reasonable care of them.
In respect of defects or shortages discoverable on inspection the Company shall be under no liability if a written complaint is not delivered to the Company within seven days of delivery detailing the alleged defects or shortages. All shortages are also to be reported to the carrier on delivery. In respect of defects caused by faulty manufacture, materials or workmanship which are not discoverable on inspection, but which are discovered within one month of delivery the Company will either repair the goods or at its cost replace them provided that:
A) The Customer informs the Company of the relevant defect in writing within seven days of discovery via our “Contact Us” e-mail and
B) Returns the goods to the Company at your own expense.
The Company shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss suffered by the Customer whether such loss arises from breach of a duty in contract or tort or in any other way (including loss arising from the Company’s negligence).
The Company’s total liability for any one claim or for the total of all claims arising from any one act or default of the Company (whether arising from the Company’s negligence or otherwise) shall not exceed the contract price.
