Please read this general information, together with the relevant information below according to whether you require delivery to an address in the UK only.

UK Delivery Only
Rozwoodshedcreations.co.uk, aim to dispatch your order within 2 – 3 working days of order placement.
All UK orders with a value of £20 or over will be delivered by postal/delivery service only via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed for Service.
Cost of delivery is based on weight and package size of the order.
Customers can select Ordinary 1st or 2nd Class delivery, for orders under the value of £20, if they wish.
Rozwoodshedcreations.co.uk, will obtain a
certificate of postage for this method, any consignment lost by the carrier
must be notified to us in writing and reported to Royall Mail.
You should inspect the product(s) at the time of delivery, before
signing the delivery note or signing device, if the package is damaged, the delivery note or signing device is to be annotated accordingly. Any damage to the goods sustained in transit, must be notified to us by e-mail within three days of delivery.

You can obtain the packaging & delivery charge (if any) for your Order in two ways. When you create an account, we ask for your delivery address, then when you log in the packaging & delivery charge will be calculated automatically for all items you add to your Cart. Should you wish to know the delivery charge for a planned Order without creating an account, add the products you plan to Order to the Cart and then click the Delivery charge button; select (from the drop-down lists) both the Country and the State, region or zone that the Order is to be delivered to, then click the Submit button; the packaging & delivery charge for your planned Order will be displayed.
